North Central Fire Protection District

North Central Fire Protection District provides fire suppression, emergency medical care, hazardous materials response, technical rescue, and fire prevention services to the City of Kerman, the township of Biola, and unincorporated areas along the northern and western edges of Fresno. Formed in 1947, the district covers roughly 230 square miles and about 50,000 residents from six fire stations, and is headquartered in Kerman.
